How your care works

Every Menova prescription is written by a physician licensed in your state who reviewed your assessment personally. A valid prescription is required before anything is dispensed.

Step by step

1. Assessment. You answer questions about your cycle, symptoms, health history, and goals on our secure intake.
2. Physician review. A physician licensed in your state reviews your answers, asks follow‑up questions if needed, and decides whether hormone therapy is appropriate for you. A valid prescription is required before anything is dispensed; if you are not a candidate, you are told plainly and not charged.
3. Compounding and dispensing. Your prescription is filled by one of our three partner pharmacies, all FDA‑registered 503A/503B pharmacies, and shipped in discreet packaging.
4. Ongoing care. Your physician checks in at week four and is available by secure message whenever you have a question.
